 215 & 225 West 28th Street, is a ground up construction of a resident development located in the premier neighborhood of Chelsea. Designed by DXA Architects and developed by HAP investments, the lot sits directly north of The Fashion Institute of Technology, between Seventh and Eighth Avenues. The nearly 300,000 square-foot project will consist of two separate buildings, that divided in to Condo and Rental development. |  Humming Puppy was a 20,000 sq. interior build out of a high end yoga studio located in the hard of Chelsea neighborhood. Project included coordination of interior demolition and build-out of the space with all new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. |  Ground up Construction of 12 story 140,000 SF residential building located on the Crown Height side of the Prospect Park. Assemble design team including architect, Structural and Mechanical Engineer, Elevator Consultant, Interior Designer, Expediter. Demolition of the existing building. Assist Owner with Equity partner and hiring Construction Manager. |

 Interior renovation and remodeling of a 2500SF dental office located in the heart of Downtown Brooklyn. Full interior demolition and new finishes were installed per owners specs. Relocation and adjustments of existing MEP systems had to be made in order to comply with the new equipment layout. |  Mixed use condominium conversion with over 400 units. Retail space on the lower floor. Luxury apartments in the heart of the Financial District with lavish amenities including a swimming pool, roof top deck, indoor golf course simulator, and much more. Completed in 2009, fully sold out in 2014. |  The Children’s hospital at Montefiore Medical Center is one of the most advance children hospitals in the country with state of the art facilities made in style attractive to children. Building was built in early 2000. |
 Full demo and renovation of Church Street Historic Building located in the prime neighborhood of Tribeca. Renovation including 1st floor retail and 4 high end rental apartments with new structural repairs, elevator, stairs, MEP, and windows. |  Located in the heart of Manhattan and longtime headquarters for the legendary New York Times. Currently a Condominium with commercial and retail components. Tenants include Yahoo, Snapchat, Discovery Museum, Guy American Kitchen and more. |  The American Airlines Terminal at JFK Airport was planned as largest terminal in the world with over 50 gates and 3 concourses. Even in the reduced scale still impressive in size and design. |

Underground parking garage and 200,000 sq. ft. of retail space. |  One of the most unique buildings in New York City with a large sphere. Containing 2 theaters, spiral ramp, point supported glass enclosure. Completed over 10 years ago it immediately became New York City landmark. |
